General Shipping Conditions

These terms govern the shipping service for products purchased through the website www.minyshop.com, owned by MI-NY S.r.L, headquartered at Via Friuli, 3 – 24052 Azzano San Paolo (BG), Italy, VAT No. 03754540163.

CHAPTER 1 – DELIVERY TIMES
1.1 Products purchased will be shipped throughout Italy via GLS express courier within 2-3 working days from order confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.
1.2 Any delivery delays due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or strikes are not attributable to MI-NY S.r.L, which consequently assumes no responsibility.

CHAPTER 2 – SHIPPING COSTS
2.1 Shipping charges within Italy are as follows:

- €6.50 for orders up to €70.00;
- Free shipping for orders exceeding €70.00;
- An additional fee of €4.00 for cash-on-delivery payments;
- Minimum shipping cost of €15.00 applies to deliveries in remote areas.

2.2 For international shipments, shipping costs vary based on the destination country and are clearly communicated before order confirmation.
2.3 For shipments outside the European Union, any additional customs clearance costs, duties, or taxes will be borne entirely by the purchaser and may vary according to the regulations of the destination country.

CHAPTER 3 – DELIVERY METHODS
3.1 MI-NY S.r.L will deliver the purchased products exclusively to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process, via GLS express courier.
3.2 Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during standard business hours, typically from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3.3 Upon delivery, the customer must verify the integrity of the parcels and the conformity of the delivered products to those ordered. Any discrepancies or damages must be immediately noted on the delivery document and confirmed in writing within seven days of receipt by registered mail with return receipt to MI-NY S.r.L, Via Friuli, 3 – 24052 Azzano San Paolo (BG). Reports received beyond this period will not be considered.
3.4 The customer assumes full responsibility for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring availability for receipt of shipment. Any additional charges resulting from non-delivery due to the customer's absence after two delivery attempts will be fully charged to the customer.

CHAPTER 4 – LIABILITY
4.1 MI-NY S.r.L will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure events, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
4.2 In no case will MI-NY S.r.L be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from delivery delays due to the aforementioned causes. The customer will only be entitled to reimbursement of the amount paid for the undelivered product, excluding any shipping costs already incurred.

CHAPTER 5 – RECOMMENDATIONS
5.1 We recommend grouping multiple items in one order to optimize shipping costs. It is not possible to combine two or more orders placed separately into a single shipment.
